Returns and refunds

30-day returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Start a return by replying to your order confirmation email or writing to us with your order number.
• If the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, we pay return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
• For other returns, return shipping is deducted from your refund unless your order shipped free.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we refund your original payment method within 2 business days. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the item and place a new order.
